Urgent: The fighters of the Al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad liberate the hills of 'Atshana and fully control the area.

The Al-Abbas's (p) fighting squad has announced on Thursday 23rd of February 2017 extending its full control over the right and left hills of 'Atshana after fierce fighting that lasted for hours, engaged by the forces against the terrorist ISIL gangs and causing them loss of life and equipment.

Highlighting the determination and high morale of the squad's heroes, who are rushing and racing for the liberation of their targets in the right side of the province of Mosul.

It is to note that the participation of the Al-Abbas's (p) fighting squad in this part of the liberation battle of Mosul comes as a result of the skills and military expertise field of its fighters during a series of liberation battles in which they participated along with their fellow fighters from the popular mobilization forces, the army, the federal police and the rest of the other forces.
