The works of the electrical network for the Al-Abbas's (p) residential complex has reached its final stages and the Engineering Projects Department confirms that they meet international standards.

With the approach of the opening of the Al-Abbas's (p) housing complex at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, which is allocated for its employees. The head of the engineering projects department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Engineer Dea' Majeed al-Sa'egh has stated: "The works of the electrical network that are including the erection of columns and setting wiring power cables, have reached its final stages for all the complex facilities from the housing units and the other services facilities, and which were applied according to the Iraqi quality control with high efficiency materials to meet the international standards in line with the required electrical loads in the complex at the current time, or any increase that may incur in the future."

And he added: "Within the project's designs a plan was developed for the project's power supply, and this study was conducted to include the electric power of the residential units and the service facilities of the project in addition to the street lighting and squares in addition to other amounts in case of any expansion being in the future, and the executive company of the company has carried out processing of materials and electrical equipment of wires and transformers. The works' stages of the technical study as follows:

First: Developing schemes for the distribution of electricity poles in each Sub or Public Street.

Second: Determining places of the erection of poles and excavating them within certain measurements corresponding to the size of each pole.

Third: Erection of 720 electric poles that are made of galvanized iron and installing them in the ground in a special way.

Fourth: Wiring high pressure cables at the top of each pole by 15 km from the wires that match the size of the loads within the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity, through which the electrical transformers feeding the low line of electricity.

Fifth: Putting low pressure cables and reserve lines (generator) through which the complex is fed.

Sixth: Erecting 33 electrical transformers of 400 KV in the places allocated to them, including the complex and electrical loads, and the transformers are a world-origins to ensure the stability of power according to the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity specifications.

Seventh: Linking the residential units and the rest of the complex extensions with the low pressure cables according to the electrical capacity...

Mr. al-Sa'egh has stated: "All the materials used were subject of accurate tests with field supervision of the Engineering projects Department."

It is to note that the Director of the executing company; Mr. Maher abd al-Amir Salman has promised earlier that the delivery will be within the agreed timings, and that the delay that happened was out of our control, but all praise to Allah with the efforts and cooperation of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, we were able to overcome the execution obstacles that we have faced, and as a company we are fully aware of the financial situation of the country in general and of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in particular, but this was not a reason for the reluctance of our project that is implemented according to the same standards that have been agreed upon."
