After fierce battles: The heroes of the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad and the stationed forces with it, extend its control over Badush prison and the puts the Iraqi flag on top of its walls.

The heroes of the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad and the ninth Armored Division of the Iraqi army have extended their full control over Badush prison in the right coast of Mosul within the operations "We are coming, Nineveh", after fierce battles in which the knights of the Squad has shown the finest images of courage and manhood to raise the Iraqi flag high in one of the strongholds of the terrorist ISIL gangs causing them losses in lives and equipment.

The military media cell has quoted from the Commander of the operations "We are coming, Nineveh" Lt. Gen. Abd al-Amir Rasheed Yarallah: "The troops of the ninth Armored Division and the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad have controlled Badush prison and raised the Iraqi flag over its walls, and stormed the prison housing apartments.

On the other hand, and in a surprise operations, the forces of the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad and the ninth Armored Division, were able to kill eight ISIL members during the liberation operation of Rayhaniya village of Badush in Mosul after liberating it and raising the Iraqi flag on top of its walls.

Also, the fighters of the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad and the ninth Armored Division in the Iraqi army have cut the main road to evacuate the wounded ISIL members from Badush area in the right side of Mosul city and to tighten the noose on them.
