The representative of the Supreme Religious Authority visits the security and popular mobilization forces in the operations district of "We are coming, Nineveh" and congratulates them for their achieved victories.

The representative of the Supreme Religious Authority; the senior official of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy shrine his eminence Sayed Ahmed al-Safi has visited with high-level delegation the operations district of "We are coming, Nineveh" especially the western side of Mosul liberation operations on Thursday morning, the 10th of Jumada II, 1438 AH corresponding to the 9th of March, 2017.

His Eminence and the accompanying delegation, which included the Secretary General of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Engineer Sayed Mohamad al-Ashiqar and a numbers of the heads of its departments and members of the Board of Directors, were received by the supervisor of the al-Abbas's (p) fighting squad; Mr. Maitham al-Zaydi, who has given a detailed explanation about the course of the ongoing military events held currently on the ground by the Squad and the stationed forces with it, and about the liberated usurped lands from the clutches of the terrorist ISIL gangs, as well as the future goals.

His Eminence Sayed al-Safi after conveying the greetings and prayers of the supreme religious authority to the fighters for their achieved victories, has confirmed on a number of matters including: Protecting life and property of the civilians and the public properties, complying with the recommendations and directives of the religious authority that urges on this side and continuing to act with high humanitarian morals that have distinguished them in the battles. He has also stressed on the need to perpetuate the victories momentum and to take the utmost caution in dealing with the enemy.

And on the sidelines of this visit, another meeting was between the Iraqi Defense Minister Mr. Irfan al-Hayali and the commander of the operations "we are coming, Nineveh" Lt. Gen. Abd al-Amir Yarallah, a number of leaders and heads of departments in the Ministry of Defense, as well as the leader of the popular mobilization Haj. Hadi al-'Ameri.
