More than two million visitors commemorated the Ziyarat rituals of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hadi (peace be upon him) at the holy shrine of Imam al-'Askari and Imam al-Hadi (peace be upon both of them)

The holy shrine of Imam al-'Askari and Imam al-Hadi (peace be upon both of them) has announced the end of the Ziyarat rituals of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hadi (peace be upon him) that lasted for three days since the first of the month of Rajab. And the number of visitors has reached more than two million visitors from all the provinces of Iraq and Islamic countries.

The holy shrine of Imam al-'Askari and Imam al-Hadi (peace be upon both of them) has set an integrated security and service plan for the success of the Ziyarat of millions in coordination with the Samarra Operations Command and the leadership of the popular mobilization fractions and the local police in Samarra, where the security forces were deployed among the road between Baghdad and Samarra and around the old city.

The departments of the holy shrine has mobilized all its efforts in coordination with the rest of the holy shrines, the Shiite Endowment, the Shiite sanctuaries, the Ministry of Transport, Trade, Municipalities and Oil, Province of Baghdad, Ministry of Health and the service departments in the city of Samarra.

The Hussayni processions also played a major role in the provision of services, as they were more than 200 processions providing various services to the visitors, in addition to the host restaurant of the holy shrine of Imam al-Hadi and Imam al-'Askari (peace be upon both of them) that offered more than 70 thousand meals for visitors. The media channels had a major role too in the broadcast of the Ziyarat rituals, as they were more than 20 satellites channels and 5 SNG cars to cover this Ziyarat.

The administration of the holy shrine of Imam al-Hadi and Imam al-'Askari (peace be upon both of them) has greatly thanked all those who participated and contributed in the success of this great Ziyarat.
