The Iraqi recitation in the Quranic forum in the historical Indian capital; Calcutta.

A Quranic forum was held within the activities of the second day of the fifth edition of the annual cultural festival of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) that coincides with the birth anniversary of the speaking Quran and the Wasiy of the Prophet; Imam Ali Ibn Abi Taleb (peace be upon him), which was held on Thursday the 15th of Rajab 1438AH corresponding to the 15th of April 2017, in the Hussayniyat of Fadl al-Nisa, in Calcutta India, by the readers of the Iraq's holy shrines of Imam Ali, of Imam al-Hussayn, of Imam al-Hadi and Imam al-'Askari and of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them).

This blessed forum was launched by the recitation of verses of the Holy Quran in the Iraqi way, by the reader and Muezzen of the holy shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (Peace be upon him); Sayed Mostafa al-Ghalebi in a way that was read for the first time in this Hussayniyat in Calcutta. So everyone was attracted to it and interacted with it as this method is characterized by its sorrowful tune from verse to another.

Other recitations followed by the reader of the Imam Ali's (p) holy shrine; Sheikh Mohamad Jassem then the reader of the holy shrine of Imam al-Hadi and Imam al-'Askari (peace be upon both of them); Qaysar al-Zuhairy whose recitation was preceded by stanzas about the love of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him), and they were reading the Holy Quran in the Egyptian style.

Followed by the reader of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Haidar Gelokhan who has read Dua Kumayl that is one of the recommended supplication to read on Friday eve, also in the Iraqi way, making the attendees feel the spirituality raising their hands to the sky, listening to him with reverence.

After that, the Ziyarat of Imam Ali, Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (Peace be upon them) were read collectively concluding the evening with this ritual.
