Karbala satellite channel group announced that it provides a free satellite frequency without a logo (clean) for the special broadcast of the opening ceremony of the International Cultural Martyrdom Spring Festival in its thirteenth edition, which will start on Sunday 3rd Sha'ban 1438 AH corresponding to the 30th of April 2017 at 4 pm to 6 pm; to allow any satellite channel to receive the frequency according to the following data:
