The Iraqi Prime Minister Dr. Haidar al-'Abadi has the honor to visit the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

The Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, his eminence Sayed Ahmed al-Safi has welcomed on Monday 11th Sha'ban 1438 AH corresponding to the 8th of May 2017, the Prime Minister Dr. Haidar al-'Abadi, on a visit that falls within the framework on the visits to the holy shrines by the religious, cultural and political delegations and figures.

This came during the visit of Dr. Abadi to the holy shrine in the city of Karbala, which was attended by the Secretary-General Sayed Mohamad al-Ashiqar, a number of the officials and notables of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

It is to note that Prime Minister arrived earlier today for the holy city of Karbala and pad a visit to the shrine of the Master of martyrs Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).
