At the end of its participation in the Tehran International Book Fair: Exhibition Manager confirms that the participation of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine was constructive and fruitful.

The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, represented by the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department, has concluded its participation in the events of the Tehran International Book Fair in its 30th edition, which lasted for ten days with the participation of more than 2700 foreign and local publishing houses including 110 Arab publishing houses. The Book Fair was held on the Exhibitions' land in the al-Shams city "Shahr Aftab" under the slogan: Let's read another book.

This participation, like all the previous eight participations, has been successful, according to the organizers, and achieved what it aspires to be a great turnout and interaction, so that the pavilion, despite this huge number of publishing houses, was the focus of the attention of the Fair's visitors, especially the cultural, intellectual and religious elites. As it includes about (200) titles addressed to all categories and classes of society, whether Iranian or others.

The conclusion of this participation was by the announcement of the winners of the competition held by the pavilions of the two holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and of al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them), which was an intellectual contest on the biography of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them), and resulted in the victory of (15) people who was Ziyarat to the two holy shrines sponsored by the two holy shrines. This activity was attended by religious and cultural figures and some of the visitors of the pavilion and the participants in this competition, in addition to the director of the exhibition, Abbas Salehi, who said: "The participation of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine along with these international and local publishing houses and institutions, was constructive, fruitful and an important opportunity of knowledge and culture communication, and we hope that this participation will be repeated in the coming sessions of the exhibition ".. He also commended the organizers of the pavilion for their efforts.
