Relief Committee of the Office of His Eminence; Sayed al-Sistani continues its relief to the displaced of Mosul.

Away from the media lights and trumpets, the Relief Committee of the Office of His Eminence; Sayed al-Sistani continues under his direct guidance, to provide the necessary assistance to the displaced from the families who have fled from the brutality of the terrorist gangs, and whose areas are currently witnessing liberation battles waged by the security forces and the popular mobilization supporting them. This committee that continues to provide assistance in defiance of the risks and difficult weather in silence.

The Committee has recently distributed aid and assistance in cooperation with al-'Ain Foundation for Social Welfare, to the displaced in the Jad'ah camps number five, located in southern Qiyyarah, which includes a number of displaced families who were supplemented with 2500 diversified food baskets as well as infant formula and other assistance.

It is worth mentioning that this campaign is part of a large project adopted by the office of the supreme religious authority; Sayed Ali al-Sistani to provide relief to the displaced people in all the areas that witness battles of liberating the land from the ISIL gangs in addition to the displaced and refugees’ camps. This committee was eager to provide what is needed to these families, which suffer terribly under the weight of ISIL terrorism.

It is noteworthy that the conditions experienced by these families are very difficult, especially with rising temperatures and the inconvenience of the place where they live, as the camps are not qualified to accommodate them, especially that their numbers are increasing daily, which needs more time and effort.
