The servants of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) have the honor to serve also the shrine of his sister Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her).

Under the direction of the Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; His eminence Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, a delegation of the servants of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) has carried out several works to maintain and sustain the shrine of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) in the Syrian capital Damascus, as her holy shrine needed such works as a result of the repercussion of the terrorist acts against which the region is exposed and that wants to undermine this holy edifice, which remained steadfast despite all conspiracies against it, which has delayed the reconstruction process.

The delegation was headed by the head of the Department of the shrine's care at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Mr. Hassan Hilal who has said: "We have been honored to carry out the maintenance and cleaning of some facilities of the holy shrine of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her), and we have harnessed all our efforts to accomplish this work without sparing no effort to achieve this goal."

He added: "The works were carried out after conducting a field survey to evaluate what is needed by the holy shrine, registering them, we have started the work with the brothers who were assigned to this work with longing and enthusiasm to accomplish the following works:

First: Supplying the shrine with an integrated audio system and working on installing it to cover the entire shrine and it surrounding areas with high audio accuracy.

Second: To clean the dome of the shrine of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) because our staff have experience in this field, so they have excelled in cleaning it after removing all the dust.

Third: To carry out thorough and complete cleaning of the holy grid of the Holy Shrine and the removal of calcification and depositions and the remnants of the result of use.

Fourth: To carry out extensive work to clean the doors of the shrine starting from the gates of the courtyard to the doors of the Holy Sanctuary.

Fifth: Cleaning and maintenance of chandeliers.

Sixth: Cleaning the Mirrors of the Holy Sanctuary."

It is noteworthy that this campaign lasted for several days and continues to work day and night in order to show the best image of this holy shrine, and that the participants in these works were grateful to the General Secretariat of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to grant them the honor of conducting these works, the honor to serve both Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and his sister Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her).
