In support of the heroes of the popular mobilization and security forces: The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine opens a factory for the production of ice in the city of Mosul.

In order to alleviate the burden of the fighters of the popular mobilization while they are fighting the terrorist ISIL gangs in the battles of the liberation what was usurped from Iraqi territory in the high temperatures within the holy month of Ramadan, the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine represented by the Committee of moral and logistic guidance and support, has opened a mobile factory for the production of ice and make it within reach.

This initiative is part of a series of initiatives that came in compliance with the directives of the Supreme Religious Authority urging to provide assistance and support in order to sustain the momentum of the battle and to achieve decisive victory.

Sheikh Haydar al-'Aredhi the head of the committee from the Department of the religious affairs has explained to al-Kafeel Network: "We have opened a mobile plant to produce ice in the city of Mosul, specifically at the headquarters of the committee of logistic and moral guidance and support of the holy shrine in the liberated area of Tal 'Abtah. Especially that the ice is necessary for the fighters in the high temperatures."

Adding: "The production capacity of the plant is about 40 pieces of ice per hour. We also worked to deliver the ice to the logistics support center and its distribution in Samarra as well. As every day, we distribute about 600-700 ice bricks from the plant of the holy shrine to all military units. The provision of ice is a good step in providing cold water to the fighters and in maintaining food, because they are in desert areas and do not have electrical appliances such as refrigerators and others. "

It is worth mentioning that the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine continues to support the fighters on the fronts through continuous visits to them since the inception of the blessed fatwa until today.
