Sayed al-Safi has pointed out other points during this meeting as follows:

1- We do not interfere in the medical matter as it is the speciality of the doctor.

2- The doctor and nurse must respect the administrative system followed by the institution in which they work, and apply it to the best way.

  1. The doctor has a noble and humane goal in the service of the people.

4 - The doctor must deal with the patients gently and being committed to the moral and functional conduct.

5 - We believe in the Iraqi mind and its ability to creativity, whether in the medical field or otherwise.

6 - We have provided most of the requirements of the Al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital for its success, which means the success of its administrative, medical and nursing staff.

  1. We invite the staff of the hospital in various specialties to work in order to develop annually their skills, experiences and abilities and add it to their curriculum vitae, which is an important point.

8 - The Al-Kafeel hospital was established to treat the difficult and large cases, which was the reason why the Iraqi patient has to travel to other countries for treatment and operations in return for payment of large sums.

9 - We seek to develop the field of medicine in Iraq, and we call for concerted efforts to reach this goal.
