The axes of the national action map develop by the supreme religious authority to overcome the stage of post ISIL.

Through its reading and direct knowledge of the situation experience by Iraq and Iraqis during the occupation of the terrorist ISIL gangs of some of its lands, the supreme religious authority in Najaf has established a national action map to overcome this stage through which the country has passed. It has put four important axes to this map, stated by the representative of the supreme religious authority; His Eminence Sheikh Abd al-Mahdi al-Karbala`i during the second sermon of Friday prayer of the 18th of Shawwal 1438 AH corresponding to the 14th of July 2017, which was held in the holy shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), and which were as follows:

1- Everyone should know that the use of violence, oppression and sectarian hatred is a mean to achieve some gains and objectives but will not lead to a good result, as it leads to more bloodshed and destruction of the country, and is a broad gateway for further regional and international interventions in the Iraqi matter, and there will be no winning party but everyone will lose along with Iraq - God forbid -.

2- Those who are in positions of power and government should act in accordance with the principle that all citizens from the different background, religion and sects, are equal in rights and duties, and no one has the advantage over the other except as determined by the law. The strict application of this principle can solve many problems and will restore the lost trust of some in the government and its institutions.

3- Fighting the administrative and financial corruption and the excesses of sectarian, factional and party quotas, and the adoption of the principle of efficiency and integrity in the acquisition of positions is a national necessity, as there is not chance for Iraq to rise from its depression with the continuation of corruption at its current levels and the adoption of the abhorrent quota principle in the administration of the state.

4- The care of the wounded, the disabled and the martyrs’ families by giving them a decent life, is one of their minimum rights due on everyone, at the forefront the government and the Council of Representatives, and it is not correct to invoke the lack of care by the lack financial resources, as there are many sectors that can reduce their spending to spare what is needed, noting that there have been salaries and privileges allocated to people who did not suffer from the harm for the sake of their homeland like these dear ones bore. So, fear Allah and know that you will questioned about them.
