Sayed al-Safi arrives at the operations' district for the liberation of Tal-A'far to meet the fighters and convey the greetings and regards of the supreme religious authority to them and congratulates them for their victories.

The representative of the supreme religious authority and the Senior Officer of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; His Eminence Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, has conveyed the greetings and regards of the Supreme Religious Authority His Eminence Sayed Ali al-Sistani to all the fighters from the security forces, the popular mobilization and the rest of the forces supporting them, and has congratulated them for the victories they have achieved in the liberation battles of Tal-A'far against the terrorist ISIL gangs.

Sayed al-Safi was accompanied by a high-level delegation led by the Secretary-General of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; Engineer Mohammad al-Ashigar to visit the operations' district, in order to meet a number of formations' leaders there, starting by the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad, the Imam Ali (p) Squad, the brigade of Ali Akbar and others, as well as commander of Iraqi army and popular mobilization.

He had listened to a detailed explanation by the leaders about the achieved victories within the liberation operations of Tal-A'far in its fifth day, in which the fighters in all their formations have done their best and drawn the finest images of courage.
