After a 14-day trip on a bicycle, An Azerbaijani visitor arrives at the holy shrines of Karbala, confirming that the love of al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) has made the distance shorter.

After a 14-day trip on a bicycle, the Azerbaijani visitor "Zihun Hosseini arrived at the holy shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) on Friday 15th of Muharram 1439 AH, corresponding to the October 6, 2017, to continue his Ziyarat program by the Ziyarat of the Shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) and the rest of the Imams in Iraq.

Mr. Hosseini stated to al-Kafeel Network the following: "I came to Iraq conveying the greetings and condolences of the lovers and followers of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in Azerbaijan on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hussayn, his family and companions (peace be upon them). My journey lasted 14 days, passing by the Republic of Iran and then I arrived to the country of Prophets and Guardians; Iraq through its gate in the province of Wasit, to continue my journey towards the city of martyrdom and loyalty, Karbala and be delighted by seeing its holy domes."

Adding: "During this trip, I will visit the holy shrines of Imam Ali, Imam al-Kadhem and Imam al-Jawad, and Imam al-Hadi and Imam al-‘Askari (peace be upon them), and I will repeat this experience in the Ziyarat Arba'een."

"My love and longing for Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) has made this long distance short, and I have not had any problems during the trip, but contrary to what I expected and what we hear from the news about Iraq and its situation through the presence of terrorist ISIL organizations, and many of my friends warned me because of what is going in Iraq, but I did not expect what happened to me during the trip, from the services of the people of Iraq and their hospitality."
