Al-Kafeel Academy of military rescue concludes its basic life support course with a certificate of recognition by the American Heart Association.

Al-Kafeel Academy for military training and rescue concludes within its series of courses, its basic life support course (B.L.C) to teach the basic skills to save and support the life of the injured and how to deal with the emergency cases, which was allocated to a number of medical and nursing staff working in the specialized al-Kafeel hospital of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

This course received a certificate of recognition by the American Heart Association, as its curriculum follows the international standards adopted by this association through the use of training technique through observation, which requires monitoring the trainers for the students and guiding and directing them to the acquired skills.

The course, which lasted for six days, was attended by (165) trainees with (80) training hours to train the participants on how to deal with the dangers and emergencies immediately, and the training in first aid operations, high quality guidance and correct method of artificial respiration, in addition to clarify the difference in rescue technique between adults and infants.

It is to mention that the al-Kafeel Academy for military training and rescue of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has held many specialized courses in this area, including several categories to the fighters of the security forces and the popular mobilization, and hundreds were able to graduate from it.
