The Festival of Naseem Ashura held in the Iranian city of Takab under the patronage of the General Secretariat of the holy shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) with the participation of the al-Abbas's (p) and Kadhemiyah holy shrines, was concluded with the participation of official and Hawza figures, as well as the delegation representing the holy shrines in the Festival.
The ceremony started by the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran followed by the word of the prayer leader in the Takab city; sheikh Baradri.
Followed by the word of the delegation of the holy shrines delivered on their behalf by Sayed 'Aqeel al-Yassiri, the assistant head of the Intellectual and cultural Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, in which he highlighted the honor to bear the name of a servant of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and their visitors. And also the various activities held in the holy shrine in Iraq to disseminate the thought of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), and called to pray for the brothers stationed in the battlefronts to protect the sanctities with valiancy and courage from the army, security forces and the popular mobilization, as thanks to their sacrifices the believers have been able to continue performing the rituals.
At the end of his speech, Sayed 'Aqeel al-Yassiri thanked the Senior Officials of the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and of al-Abbas (peace be upon them), the Secretaries of the holy shrines and all the people of the city of Takab for their efforts to make this festival successful.
The closing ceremony was concluded by the distribution of gifts and appreciation certificates to all those who contributed and participated in the success of this event.
