Within the preparations for the Ziyarat Arba'een: The communications division of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine deploys centers to guide the lost.

A number of the departments and units of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, have been active for a long time in order to prepare the Ziyarat Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him). And the communications Division is one of these units that has carried out several preparatory procedures, including the deployment of centers to guide the lost and missing at the main entrances of the holy city of Karbala, and all its roads from the side of Babylon, Najaf and Baghdad.

The opening of these centers came as a result of the cases of missing person and lost because of the large numbers of the visitors, especially children, during the Ziyarat of millions, especially Ziyarat Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) that is the peak. So the opening of these centers is to reduce this phenomenon.

Each center is equipped with:

1- A telephone line and wireless device for the communication between centers as well as an internet line.

2- A computer with a unified data base linked to the rest of the centers through an electronic program in which all the missing data are registered and then circulated to the rest of the centers.

3- A main screen placed at the entrance of each center showing the name, age and address of each missing person.

4- Audio amplifier device to call the names of the missing.

5- A bus to transport the missing to their relatives in case of identification in the other centers or in the main center for receiving the missing.

6- Identification badges for the children or elderly, by writing the name, address and mobile number so each center can easily identify them and then contact the other centers.

These centers are working together with one another, with other centers established by the holy shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) and the missing centers close to the area between the two holy shrines or the general center to guide the missing.
