In order to absorb the momentum of the visitors, whose numbers are increasing during these days as we approach the peak on the eve and day of the twentieth of Safar, additional passages and entrances were opened for the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) in a clear indication of the magnitude of the Ziyarat Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) this year, according to a plan prepared to facilitate and smooth the movement of visitors, and to prevent crowding between women and men.

The opening of these passages is not limited to the gates of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, but also inside the holy sanctuary commensurate with the movement of the visitors and processions, identifying the places of entry and exit.

On the other hand, the Department of Service Affairs has opened new places for bags, mobile phones and shoes deposit [Kishwaniyat] at these gates.

It is to note that the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has developed a security and service plan for the Ziyarat Arba'een, and harnessed all its human and material resources.
