During a press conference, the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine highlights its services to the visitors.

The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has held on Thursday 19th of Safar 1439 AH corresponding to the November 9, 2017, in the Hall of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him) a press conference to show its security and services during the Ziyarat Arba'een in order to answer the questions of the media and journalists on this subject.

The conference was attended by representatives of the departments of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, which participated in the plan prepared for the Ziyarat Arba'een, and which are made and still exerting intensive effort and exhausting all its potentials and efforts to secure and provide the requirements of the visitors coming to Karbala to perform the Ziyarat Arba'een.

The conference was attended by the Deputy Secretary-General of the holy shrine, a number of officials of the holy shrine, heads of the concerned departments and a number of satellite channels' journalists and media agencies that broadcasted the events of the Ziyarat Arba'een, and they have answered the questions asked by the media present in addition to explaining the plan of each department.

During this conference, the general outlines of the security and service plan of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine during this blessed Ziyarat, was discussed, explaining the difference of this Ziyarat from the previous ones.

Deputy Secretary General of the holy shrine; Bashir Mohamad Jassem stated: "For the first time during the Ziyarat Arba'een, a press conference is held by the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department at the holy shrine, which sent the invitations to the media and journalists. The goal of this conference that the world sees the role of the holy shrines in this Ziyarat, by highlighting the various services provided by the holy shrine to the visitors during all days of the Ziyarat and especially in its momentum."
