This is what was achieved by the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad in the second phase of the liberation battles of the great al-Jazeera and the closure of borders.

The al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad announced what it achieved in the second phase of the liberation battles of the great al-Jazeera and the closure of borders and its fortification as follows:

1- The liberated area 48- square kilometers.

2- Control of 7 border posts including, Tawsin, Zeyn al-Qaws, al-Jazeera, Um al-Rus, Shbeyliyah, Khabor.

3- Opening the border road from Sinjar district to the Qa'im district in an area of 90 square kilometers.

4- Dismantling more than 35 laser explosive devices.

5- Treatment of a parked car bomb.

6- Destruction of two mortars.

7- The enemy's main supply route was cut off between the Syrian village of Susa and the Jnif airport.
