Within the framework of a series of development courses that are characterized by basic skills and ideas, the Center for Indexing and Information Systems of the Department of Intellectual Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine organized an evolutionary course for its cadres in the art of diction and influence in others, in order to develop the method of subtraction and raise performance to become more effective in the understanding of oneself and of others.
The four-day course, which lasted four hours a day, was attended by 16 members of the Center, provided that this course will be seconded to other cadres for the purpose of its development in delivering research and lectures in local and international forums.
Professor Firas Abd al-Razzaq al-Shummari, who lectured at this session, explained the importance of this session in the development of performance, saying: "There was a training program directed to the employees of the library's indexing center in the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs; as through the nature of their work they need courses Training or lectures when looking at other libraries or meet with university students, they needed to develop skills to shed and influence others and ways to deliver information in the best way."
He continued: "The training is a cornerstone in all the operations that are addressed by any institution, each according to its specialization, because the training shortens the time and provides very good results, and raises the level of performance. And the main objective of the establishment of courses for specialized cadres is to solve the problems they face in their work and develop their skills."
