The Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine renews his trust in the staff working at the al-'Ameed University to achieve scientific results compete with its counterparts.

The Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine his eminence Sayed. Ahmad al-Safi renewed his trust in the staff working at al-'Ameed University and their ability to achieve good results through which they can compete with their counterparts whether in Iraq or abroad.

This came during the word he presented within the scientific lecture organized by al-'Ameed University of the Education and Higher Education Department at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine under the title "Al-Kafeel curricula to promote the scientific level of universities", which also included a large lecture delivered by Prof. Dr. Shamil Mohsen Hadi, the representative of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in the Americas and the professor at the American Auckland University.

Sayed al-Safi added: "There is a great responsibility on the staff of the University of al-'Ameed to graduate competent students who have the scientific ability to compete with students of local and international universities. We are very confident in all the staff working at the al-'Ameed University of academicians and teachers as well as the students, to achieve high level scientific results in order to compete with its counterparts from Iraqi and Arab universities; which will put the university at the forefront of universities that meet the standards of scientific and academic sobriety. "

This lecture, which falls within the first cultural season of the al-Ameed University, included extensive scientific proposals on the subject of upgrading the scientific level of universities and the presentation of a set of models and classifications of international universities and the scientific methods followed in teaching its students, through which it achieved the highest scientific levels among its counterparts.

The lecturer also presented a group of tips for teaching staff at the al-Ameed University, as it includes a medical group at the level of university education in Iraq, and relies on the complementary approach of the British University of Leicester, which is a scientific curriculum that is sophisticated and difficult at the same time, which requires the importance of focusing on scientific concepts and follow the methods to deliver clearly the scientific knowledge to the student.

The lecture was attended by the Secretary-General of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine Sayed. Mohammed Al-Ashigar, a number of its Board of Directors' members, the head of the Department of Education and Higher Education, Mr. Abbas Rashid ad-Dada, the Education Expert of the Department Dr. Jassim al-Ibrahimi and the University President, Prof. Dr. Jassem Al-Marzougi, amid a large number of the academicians, teachers and students of al-'Ameed University.
