The servants of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) chanted condolences' words and poems, with tears in their eyes expressing the sadness of their hearts as they recall the martyrdom of the beloved daughter of the Great Prophet; Fatima Az-Zahra (Allah's prayers be upon them and their holy Household). The servants of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) walked in form of groups towards the shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) to extend him their condolences for the martyrdom of his mother (peace be upon her), recalling this tragedy that afflicted lovers and followers of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in such days. They were then received by the servants of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) with expressions of grief and sorrow to held a condolences Majlis [Latm] in the holy shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).
It is to recall that in such days of every year, the talk is renewed about the martyrdom of our Lady, the martyr Fatima Az-Zahra (peace be upon her). Even though there are different days in which her martyrdom is commemorated because of the various opinions about it. The most famous ones are as follows:
First opinion: 8 Rabi' Thani, on a narration stating that she lived 40 days after the martyrdom of her father (Allah's prayers be upon him and his holy Household). It is called the first Fatimi season.
Second opinion: 13th Jumada Ula, on a narration stating that she lived 75 days after the martyrdom of her father (Allah's prayers be upon him and his holy Household). It is called the second Fatimi season.
Third opinion: 3rd Jumada Thaniya, on a narration stating that she lived 95 days after the martyrdom of her father (Allah's prayers be upon him and his holy Household). It is called the third Fatimi season.
