The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine announces a documentary film competition about the popular mobilization and invites artists to participate in it.

The Preparatory Committee of the Third Cultural Festival of the defense Fatwa invites the artists and interested by the artistic matter to participate in the documentary film contest on the heroism and sacrifices of the popular mobilization, which comes within the activities of the Festival that will be held by the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, to celebrate and commemorate the anniversary of the launch of the holy religious fatwa under the slogan: "The victory is from you, to you, for you and you deserve it" for the period from 13 to 14 Shawwal 1439H corresponding to 28-29 June 2018. .

The Preparatory Committee supervising this competition has set the following rules for participation:

1- The idea of ​​the film should be a simulation of the festival's logo and its dimensions.

2 - The film deals with the heroism of the security forces and popular mobilization in general (without the allocation of any party) in the defense of the homeland, human and civilization values and sanctities.

3 - The film should not be published previously in a satellite channel or any media outlet or participant in another competition.

4- The film should not exceed twenty minutes and not less than one minute and be translated into English.

5. The format of the film must be (HD) or (Lavi).
6. The participations shall be presented on a CD to the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, accompanied by the director's CV, or sent by e-mail to info@holyfatwa.com. The deadline for delivery is June 21, 2018.

The top three winners will be awarded the following financial prizes:

* The first winner (2,000,000) two millions Iraqi dinars with a shield.

* The second winner (1.500.000) one and a half million Iraqi dinars with a shield.

* The third winner (1.000.000) one million Iraqi dinars with a shield.
