In the presence of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research: The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine presents its scientific vision of autism.

In the presence of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Issa and the outcome of the effort started since (2010) with more than ten courses and 25 scientific lectures for academic institutions and civil society organizations, the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine presented its scientific vision on the treatment of autism disorder, as well as the casual dynamic theory of the brain.

The lecture was organized by the Department of Research and Development at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and was presented by the supervisor of the project and the this vision's maker Dr. Shamil Hadi Mohsen (an Iraqi expatriate Professor) of the University of Auckland, USA. The lecture was attended by a large group of scientific assistants in Iraqi universities, in order to discuss the outputs of this lecture and to work on benefitting and applying it to be the first of future projects pouring in the same purpose.

Dr. Shamil Mohsen stated: "The introductory lecture dealt with two axes:

First: The dynamic casual modelling of the brain (in theory and in practice), the seminar included an introduction to the neurological programs of the brain and their practical applications. It included a review of the methods of the creation of a smart generation worldwide, in which he analysed how neurotransmitters change into the circulatory system and brain regions, and their relations with mechanism of work intersections and signals sent, and psychological and neurological analysis.

Second: Autism disorders and its treatment because it needs a great effort to deal with them, and the State has to take care of these patients and give them special care, because of their increasing number recently, with the introduction of ways to deal with children with autism.
