"The ultimate goal of attending this exhibition is to keep abreast of modern technology and to know the extent of the development in security systems and cameras and compare them with the existing ones at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in order to seek to develop them and make them more efficient and accurate, which ensures the progress to precede the current security challenges that may face Karbala in general and the two holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and of al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) in particular."

He added: "During our presence, we visited the pavilions of the exhibition and we were briefed about the devices and systems that concern the departments of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, such as the Departments of maintenance of the order, warehouses and vehicles in addition to the systems used of the Division of Communications."

Eng. Firas explained: "We also discussed the work of the video analysis system in the Communications Division through a direct meeting with the manager of the equipping company, IOmniscient, which provides the system, and all notes were written and sent to the research and development department of the company for the purpose of processing and sending solutions for us to experience.

He continued: "The meeting was also held with the representative of the company equipped for the system of counting the visitors for the purpose of developing plans to update it and the possibility of adding other accessories that contribute to the efficiency of this system, especially in counting the visitors in the condolences of Rakdat Twayreej. As for the security monitoring system, which is one of the best systems in Iraq, a working plan was developed after a meeting with representatives of a number of international companies in order to update it according to the latest technologies with the possibility of adding other cameras to expand its work in the near future."

He pointed out that "we were also briefed about the products of the companies producing cameras with modern technologies, as well as other systems belonging to some departments of the holy shrine, such as the mobile system for checking bags, portable cameras and the detection system of explosives, and other systems that are at the heart of the work of these departments and contribute to raising their efficiency And make it easy for visitors to perform the Ziyarat and provide them with a perfect atmosphere for worship. "

It is worth mentioning that the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine possesses advanced security systems from international origins, and these systems need to be constantly updated and developed in order to contribute to raising their efficiency and functioning permanently in order to protect the security of the visitors.
