The end of the great humanitarian campaign of al-Wafa launched by the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad in Mosul by achieving all its objectives.

The al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad announced the end of the great humanitarian campaign of al-Wafa, which it had the honor to execute in all parts of our dear country.

The Supervisor of the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad; Mr. Maytham al-Zaidi stated in the closing conference of this campaign, which was held in the right coast of Mosul: "Our top priority is to continue to communicate with the families of the martyrs and the wounded because of their sacrifices. And our goal is to reach all parts of our beloved country."

Adding: "The campaign included a number of humanitarian projects in Mosul, as we harnessed the engineering effort on the right coast, and we opened more than ten streets, as well as setting up the road Badush- Tal Afar, and the rehabilitation of a school and cleaning the water station in Badush."

He continued: "al-Wafa Campaign in Mosul lasted 6 days with 116 hours of work, including 100 meetings and visits to civil ans security institutions and families, especially the families of martyrs and the affected families. We did not meet any political figures or electoral candidate. We met with our Yazidi people in Ba'shiqah, Bahzani and Sinjar. We also me with our Shabak brothers and the various components of our dear people in Nineveh province.

He explained: "Our tour included most of the Nineveh areas; Bartla, Ba'shiqah, Bahzani, the right coast, the left coast, Badush, Tal Afar, Sinjar and other areas."

Noting that the campaign has achieved all its objectives and meeting the personalities we scheduled to meet, except for the brothers in the Sunni Endowment who might have had commitments that prevented them to meet us. As it was intended to help in the rehabilitation of some shrines and sanctuaries there through joint coordination."

Stating: "We hope that the United Nations has an office in central Nineveh to launch a campaign to rehabilitate and help Nineveh. For our part, the squad will open an office for al-Wafa campaign that will not be closed until removing the last piece of the rubble of the right coast. The office will be run by Mosul youth."

Pointing out that if it had not been for the fatwa of the supreme religious authority, the terrorist organization that targeted the region and the whole world would not have been defeated. And it should be noted that the al-Wafa campaign has the basic support of the Iraq government, the Ministry of Defence and the medial director of the popular mobilization in addition to the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine the main sponsor of this campaign.

Concluding: "More than 50 organizations, activists, media institutions have announced joining this campaign, and we invite civil and international organizations to join this campaign and we refuse to receive any cash but we urge to donate directly to those in need. And we declare our support for any international organization and our readiness to provide them with facilities and security and logistical coordination to achieve their goals.

It is worth mentioning that the al-Wafa campaign is based on the balance in the humanitarian coverage of the provinces of the country, by alternating Southern and Northern provinces to cover all the cities of Iraq.
