Representatives of 33 countries perform the rituals of the Ziyarat of the holy shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).

On the birth anniversary of Imam as-Sajjad (peace be upon him), and within the activities of the third day of the 14th World Cultural Festival of the Martyrdom's Spring, the delegations participating in the festival and its guests have performed on Sunday morning the 5th Sha'ban 1439 AH corresponding to the April 22, 2018 in the holy shrine of Aba Abdillah al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), the worship rituals along with the Imam al-Hussayn's (p) holy shrine, in the presence of its Senior Official Sheikh Abd al-Mahdi al-Karbala'i and its Secretary-General Sayed. Ja'far al-Mosawi as well as a delegation representing the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine led by its Secretary-General Eng. Mohammad al-Ashigar.

The worship ritual began by the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by the reader Haj Adel al-Karbala'i followed by the welcoming speech delivered by Mr. Haidar al-Salami who welcomed the visiting delegations and presenting his congratulations for the birth anniversary of Imam Ali as-Sajad son of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon both of them).

Then, with humble hearts and a spiritual atmosphere, the attendees looked at the holy grid of Aba Abdillah al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) to listen and read with reverence the special Ziyarat of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) then they performed the rituals of his Ziyarat.

The participants in these rituals have expressed their deep feeling of the spiritual atmosphere, and the president of the Arab-Polish Cultural and Economic Club stated: "It was a an indescribable feeling when I stood up in front of Aba Abdillah al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), and I had a incredible feeling and interaction with this sacred place, in which I sailed deeply into my spirit and the great prestige of the place overwhelmed me, as we miss these kind of feelings. And I will tell my people what I have experienced in these spiritual moments. And I prayed that peace prevails throughout this country and in all countries of the world."

As for Mr. Jawad Guk, member of the Union of Ja'fari Scholars in Turkey, he stated: "It is a great honor to be among those who are standing in the holy shrine of Aba Abdillah al-Hussayn (peace be upon him). I have performed many times the Ziyarat of the holy shrines in Iraq, but this the first time I have this feeling when I participated in these rituals, and through my mobile I broadcasted live the rituals for more than 44.000 followers. Thus, all thanks to the organizers of the festival to allow us to participate in its activities, which we hope will continue every year."
