The events of the 14th World Cultural Festival of the Martyrdom's Spring continue for the fourth day in a row. Its preparatory committee has programmed for Monday afternoon; the 6th of Sha'ban 1439 AH corresponding to April 23, 2018 a poetic session in the hall of the master of guardians in the Imam al-Hussayn's (p) holy shrine, which was like a poetic epic by poets from Iraq and Lebanon, chanting with love in their verses the birth anniversaries of the Mohammadian moons in this great month.
This session began by the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and reading Surat al-Fatiha in memory of the martyrs of Iraq, followed by poetic participations of the pioneers of the classical Arabic poetry, embodying in the hearts the extent of the eternal love of the Prophet and Ahl al-Bayt (Allah's prayers be upon them all).
The poets participating in this poetic sessions were as follows:
1 - Poet Najah al-'Arsan from Iraq.
2 - Poet Masar Riyadh from Iraq.
3 - Poet Sheikh Abdul Qader Yousef from Lebanon.
4 - Poet Hazem Rashak from Iraq.
5 - Poet Mahdi Hilal from Iraq.
6 - Poet Ali al-Asaily al-'Amili from Lebanon.
7 - Poet Adel Al-Suwairi from Iraq.
8 - Poet Hossam al-Battat from Iraq.
9 - Poet Sheikh Salah al-Khaqani from Iraq.
The poets also thanked the Preparatory Committee for the festival to give them the opportunity to stand in these holy spots to recite their poems, in addition to their generosity by accepting their participation in its activities, which, year after year, are developing. Considering it a great to participate in the celebrations of the birth anniversaries of the masters. This session concludes with the honoring of the participating poets.
