The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine opens its pavilion in the 31st Tehran International Book Fair

The 31st Tehran International Book Fair was opened on Wednesday 15th of Sha'ban 1439 AH corresponding to May 2, 2018 with the participation of 2050 Iranian publishing houses and 132 foreign publishing houses, including those from Iraq.

The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine participates this year in a pavilion for its cultural, intellectual and printing institutions, including dozens of its publications in various fields, in addition to other electronic contributions, some of which won prizes in other international forums.

Mr. Jassam Mohamad al-Sa'idi, head of the pavilion of the holy shrine stated to AlKafeel Network: "The pavilion took an important place at the heart of the exhibition, including encyclopedic, regular and periodical books, the service of the Ziyarat by proxy of the holy shrine and a printed daily intellectual competition that awards prizes are distributed at the end of the exhibition, and a display of the video produced by the holy shrine, in addition to a corner to display the flag of the golden dome of Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him). "

Al-Sai’di said: "The staff of the holy shrine have completed the necessary preparations for participation, including the transfer of books from Iraq, the design of the decoration, the manufacture and installation of the decoration, the arranging of the publications and the preparation of the logistical participation materials. The pavilion witnessed the arrival of the public from the early morning hours of the opening of the exhibition. This participation is distinguished like the previous participations by the fact that the publications of the holy shrine are exclusive and not found in any other publishing house, as these books are made by the holy shrine from authorship, investigation and output to printing."

It is noteworthy that the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine participate in several international forums by its cultural publications in several countries, and participated in the Tehran International Book Fair several times, starting from its twentieth edition in (2007).
