Al-Ashigar congratulates the new Secretary-General of the holy shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and wishes him success in his work.

The Secretary-General of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine Eng. Mohamad al-Ashigar congratulated Eng. Yousef Mahdi Al-Sheikh Radhi for the great honor for being assigned as Secretary General of the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), wishing him success in his work and completing the march of his former predecessors in the development and construction of the shrine of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him).

His designation ceremony was held at the Host House of the holy shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), with the presence of the head of the Shiite Endowment Bureau, Sayed. Alaa Al Moussawi, the Director General of the holy sanctuaries Department, Sayed. Musa Taqi Al Khalkhali, and the secretaries and representatives of the holy shrines (of Imam al-Hussayn, of Imam al-Kadhem and Imam al-Jawad, and of Imam al-Hadi and Imam al-'Askari (peace be upon them)), and the holy sanctuaries, and officials of the departments of the holy shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) along with official, community, tribal and elite presence.

The head of the Shiite Waqf Bureau, Sayed. Alaa al-Moussawi, said in his speech: "Serving in a normal office requires experience, sincerity and dedication, but serving in a place surrounded by the angels of Allah, needs Tawakkul in Allah, as these places of spiritual and intellectual radiation, and this day is a happy day in the blessed days of the month of Sha'ban and our happiness is increased by the selection of a new Secretary-General for the holy shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him)."

The Secretary-General of the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) Eng. Yousuf Mahdi Al-Sheikh Radhi, expressed his thanks and appreciation: "In light of this great responsibility and honor, by the blessing of the supreme religious authority represented by the Sayed Ali al-Sistani, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to His Excellency Sayed. Alaa Al Moussawi, President of the Shiite Endowment Bureau, for giving me this opportunity and for this great honor to be Secretary General of the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him)."

At the conclusion of these decrees, the Secretary General of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, Eng. Mohamad al-Ashigar presented a blessed gift from the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).
