Outside the administrative frameworks, Sayed al-Safi gives daily moral lessons in explaining the supplication of Abu Hamza al-Thamali in front of dozens of employees of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine carried out many activities during the holy month of Ramadhan including a series of lectures delivered by its Senior Official Sayed Ahmad al-Safi every evening in the basement of Imam al-Kadhem (peace be upon him) in the holy shrine to explain the supplication of Aba Hamza al-Thamali, which is one of the supplications of the Sahar [before Fajr time] of Imam Zayn al-'Abideen (peace be upon him). The lectures are delivered to the servants of Aba al Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) to contribute to take advantage of the blessings of the holy month of Ramadhan.

In addition to the explanation of the paragraphs of the supplication, the lecture is characterized by its objectivity and modernity in presenting many ethical and educational aspects of this supplication, which is one of the most famous and memorable prayers and supplications of Imam Zayn al-'Abideen, especially in the holy month of Ramadhan.
