AlKafeel Museum for Treasures and Manuscripts participates in "Mulabboon" Festival.

AlKafeel Museum for Treasures and Manuscripts of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine participates in the exhibition of the "Mulabboon" Festival held by the holy shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) in the area between the two holy shrines. The Museum displayed a number of its collections belonging to the heroes of the popular mobilization, who participated in the battles to liberate the Iraqi cities from the desecration of the terrorist ISIL gangs as well as what was found of these gangs and was given to the Museum.

The head assistant of the AlKafeel Museum for Treasures and Manuscripts Department; Mr. Sajjad Hassan Ali explained to AlKafeel Network: "The participation of AlKafeel Network in this exhibition is to display the possessions that were given by the heroes of the popular mobilization to the Museum, including rifles and swords that were used by the terrorist ISIL gangs to commit the most heinous types of murder of a large number of innocent people."

He added: "The most prominent thing presented by the Museum is the bike of the martyr of the brigade of Ali al-Akbar (peace be upon him); Abi Tahseen al-Salehi, in addition to a number of paintings and pictures showing the treasures and valuables displayed in the Museum.

This participation comes in support of our heroes in the security forces and the popular mobilization who were the heroes of the epic of the elimination of this corrupt terrorist gangs and the liberation of the land of our beloved country."

It is to mention that the Mulabboon festival is held by the Secretary General of the Imam al-Hussayn's (p) holy shrine and was launched on Thursday June 21, 2018 under the slogan "We write our history ourselves so that others do not distort it" with more than 350 participations from 12 Arab and foreign countries.
