Imam Mahdi Holy Site Ready for Visitors

The staff of al imam al Mahdi Maqam (site) completed everything to Shanan visitation, the anniversary birthday of al imam al Mahdi on 15 of Shaban.

The chairman of the holy place, Mr. Adnan N. Naser announced to Alkafeel "We did everything to be ready for providing visitors great services during this holy meeting".

Added "Carpets prepared to cover the floor of the holy place so as visitors can rest and sleep. Also conditioning devices and lighting are ready. In addition; there is collaboration with security staff of al Abbas holy shrine. There are many cameras to see thing may offend visitation".

Explained "special swimming staff listed near Alqami river. Many sound devices established for guiding people in this holy visitation".

It is well to be mentioned that this holy place locates on the left bank of Husseinya river in Bab al Salalma zone. This Maqam faces al Sedra St. with 650 M from al imam al Hussein holy shrine. The place got its name from al imam al Mahdi when he prayed there.

Shaban visitation is the second largest visitation in the holy city of Karbala after Arbaeen visitation.
