Clarification regarding the closure of part of the holy sanctuary of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

The General Secretariat of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine issued a clarification regarding the closure of part of the sanctuary of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), explaining that this closure of a par of the holy sanctuary - the section dedicated to the men at the entrance of the Qibla gate- is due t the ongoing work to cover it with alabaster. Therefore, the women's section, which was completed earlier, was opened for men -as a temporary measure until the end of the work-, while women were directed to perform their Ziyarat rituals in the basements of the holy shrine, which were originally established to be dedicated to women.
The Holy Shrine has set signs to guide visitors, in addition to assigning some of the servants of the holy shrine to do so. The General Secretariat has confirmed that the work is ongoing and continuous day and night in order to complete the finishing work within the specified time and not intersect with the movement of visitors.
