The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine holds a course in the virtual evacuation for its staff.

Within the framework of the series of courses held by the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine for its employees, contributing to the development of their skills and their preparation in all emergency circumstances and situations that may occur for the visitors of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), it has organized recently a source in virtual evacuation.

For more details on this course, the supervisor, Bilal Jabbar Jassim, head of the emergency medical evacuation team, explained: "Based on the directions of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine on the need to establish a virtual evacuation course for natural disasters such as earthquakes, storms and human events such as fires, terrorist acts, etc. And the necessary planning and preparation to deal with these crises, we conducted this course."

He added: "There will be four courses in the virtual evacuation involving a group of employees of all departments of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, in addition to a group of the Fighting Squad of al-Abbas (peace be upon him), and each course is held during two days by five hours of training per day, including workshops and practical applications, and on the final day there will be a live practice in the way of evacuation of buildings.

He concluded: "Through these courses we will create an integrated cell within the departments take the responsibility to deal with these crises and incidents and who will save lives by knowing how to evacuate people correctly."
