In honor of the marriage anniversary of the two lights: Increased demand of marriages' contracts at the Department of Religious Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine.

Among the divine blessings on this nation is that the Almighty God has bestowed upon us with Mohammad and his holy Household...and their existence is the abundant mercy upon everything...and all heavens have flowered the day the two sparkling lights have got married; the light of the Hashemi young man about whom the Al-Rooh Al-Ameen said "la fata illa ALI wa la sayf Illa Dhu Al-Fiqar" and the light of the immaculate daughter of the Mustafa (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) about whom he said: "Fatima is part of me, he who harmed her, has harmed me."

Thus, during these blessed days of the month of Dhu Al-Hijjah, the believers flocked to the division of contracts and marriage at the Department of Religious Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to perform their marriage contracts in a holy place and to recall this blessed occasion.

Sheikh Ali Al-Asdi from the Department of Religious Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has stated to Al-Kafeel Network: "In such days each year, the Division of the marriage contracts has an increased demand to perform the legitimate contracts for new couples, so as to celebrate and have the blessing of the marriage anniversary of the Commander of the Faithful from Lady Fatima Az-Zahra (peace be upon both of them). The division receives the couples since early hours of the morning, noting that most of them have reported their marriage contract procedures until this blessed occasion. And they were not only people from Karbala, but also from outside the province."

And he added: "The contracts are performed within the legal duty of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine along with praying for the couples in the beginning of their marital life to be righteous husband and wife that will rejoice their Prophet and Ahl Al-Bayt (Peace be upon them)."
