The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine begins the implementation of the first stage of its security and service plan of the holy month of Muharram.

The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has put a security and service plan for the revival of the Ashura rituals, considering it the prelude to a broader and more comprehensive plan for the Ziyarat of Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him). It started implementing its first phase, which began with the replacement rituals of the holy dome's flag of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), which was attended by large presence, to continue the rest of the plan phases until the tenth of the holy month of Muharram, the peak of the Ziyarat, by the preparation of all requirements of service and logistics through the mobilization of all mechanisms and staffing and harnessing all its energies to provide the services and provide the necessary needs of the visitors and the Hussayni processions.

A part of the security and service plan is implemented in cooperation with the Imam al-Hussayn's (p) holy shrine and the security and service departments in the province, while the most important part of this plan is the responsibility of the holy shrine and its departments participating in this plan, which will be applied on stages according to the requirements and the intensity of the visitors, up to the tenth of the holy month of Muharram, concluding it with the ritual of "Twayreej run" and other condolences' activities.

The department of the Hussayni processions and rituals in Iraq and the Islamic world has also prepared a special schedule for the entry and exit of the condolence processions which will determine their movement, as well as oversee the smooth flow of each procession from the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine until reaching the Imam al-Hussayn's (p) holy shrine. This task will be performed by the staff of the department with the participation of other holy shrine departments.

The Department of the Host Restaurant also took all preparations for the hospitality of visitors coming to perform the Ziyarat of the two holy shrines, as well as the Department of vehicles, the Department of Service Affairs and the Department of the sanctuary's care, which have mobilized their efforts in preparation for this Ziyarat. The rest of the departments will be ready to participate in the execution of the plan if needed. While the department of order will implement the security plan in cooperation with the security forces at the Holy Shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) and the Karbala police department. In addition to the medical detachment that prepared a medical and therapeutic plan to avoid emergency cases.

The departments of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine have shown their readiness to organize this Ziyarat in a typical way, so that every effort will be made to achieve this in order to achieve the smooth movement of visitors or the entry and exit of the condolence processions.
