The Director of the al-'Ameed International center states in the United Nations Building in New York: This is the principle of peaceful coexistence in the Holy Quran.

The Director of the al-'Ameed International Center of Research and Studies of the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; Dr. Riyadh al-'Amidi, presented a research entitled "A methodological deliberative study of some verses of peaceful coexistence in the Holy Quran" in one of the research sessions of the International Conference held by the two holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and of al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) in the United Nations Building in collaboration with the Imam al-Khoei Foundation and the Scientific Alliance for Research and Heritage in New York.

Mr. al-'Amidi stated to Al-Kafeel Network: "The research committee has selected our research within the axis of "The principle of the peaceful coexistence between people". God has ordered us to respect each other and observe each other's rights, and prohibited us to abuse the sanctities and property, considering it a basis for coexistence between the different groups of Muslims on the one hand and between Muslims and others on the other.

Explaining: "The principles of peaceful coexistence are reflected in many Quranic verses, and this study seeks to investigate the syntactic and stylistic structures used in some verses of the Holy Quran, such as acts of affirmation, authorization, prohibition and formulas of parallelism, repetition and similarities, and adopts a practical model for analyzing these texts."
