The Institute of the Holy Quran finishes its preparations for the opening of 200 Quranic station for the visitors of Arba'een.

The Institute of the Holy Quran of the Department of Islamic and Human Knowledge Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, announced the completion of its preparations for the opening of 200 Quranic stations, which are spread along the roads used by the pilgrims walking towards Karbala to perform the Ziyarat rituals of the Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).

And according to the Director of the Institute; Sheikh Jawad al-Nasrawi, the goal of these stations is to:

1- Teaching the correct recitation of the Quranic verses, especially those we use often in the obligatory prayers.

2- Answering Quranic questions and inquiries.

3- Establishing Quranic Khatma according to each region where the station is located.

4- Distributing educational brochures about the Ziyarat and Quranic matters.

He explained: "The Institute established these stations in the provinces of Muthanna, Babylon, Najaf and Karbala, on the main roads leading to the holy city of Karbala, including the road Baghdad/ Karbala, Babylon/ Karbala, and Najaf/ Karbala. These stations are managed by the Institute branches in these provinces for the fourth year in a row."
