Humanitarian services provided by the Centers to guide the Lost and Missing.

Within the framework of the service plan set by the Stores' Department at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine for the visitors of the Arba'een, is to establish on the main roads leading to the holy city of Karbala and in the city center, a number of guidance centers for the lost, the elderly and children, which provide humanitarian services to these groups, as follows:

- Print the information of the child or the person with special need or else on a plastic bracelet that is easy to use, so one can identify them in case they are lost.

- The center is equipped with a free connection (Asia Cell - Umniah) to secure communication between centers and the control center (AlKafeel center for the missing in the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine).

- A loudspeaker device through which the name of lost or the missing is announced as a first step.

- Vehicles to transport the lost and missing when identified to the nearest point of their relatives.

The Department of Stores has printed nearly one million identification bracelets. These centers are managed by the department's employees in addition to a large group of volunteers who have experience in this field. During the previous Ziyarat, these centers have contributed to the return of thousands of cases to their families.
