Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital launches the project of 600 artificial limbs distributed free of charge in recognition of the sacrifices of members of security forces, popular mobilization and victims of terrorism, with the participation of specialized doctors from India and Iraq.

The Secretary General of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; Sayed Mohamad al-Ashigar and the Ambassador of the Republic of India Dr. Pradeep Singh Rajpurohit, have inaugurated the camp set up by the BMVSS Organization in collaboration with the Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital in Karbala.

The opening ceremony was attended by the representative of the Ministry of Health and Environment, Dr. 'Amer Abd al-Sadah, the Director of Karbala Health Department Dr. Sabah Al Moussawi, and the Chairman of the Health and Environment Committee in the Provincial Council, Dr. Alaa Al-Ganemi, and a number of other officials.

The Al-Kafeel super speciality hospital had previously established a specialized center called Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) Center for prosthetic limbs. It has ensured the installation costs of more than (50) artificial limbs for the wounded of the Iraqi army, the federal police and the popular mobilization who participated in the liberation of Iraq from the terrorist ISIL gangs, after contracting with a Swedish company for this purpose.
