On the occasion of the first anniversary of the Iraqi victory: A group of elite students of the al-'Ameed Educational Group visit the heroes of the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad and some of the martyrs' families.

On the occasion of the first anniversary of the great Iraqi victory over the terrorist ISIL gangs, a group of students from the al-Saqi nursery and kindergarten and Durrat al-Ameed elementary school for girls of the al-'Ameed Educational Group of the Department of Education and Higher Education at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, has visited on Tuesday morning the 3rd of Rabi' al-Thani 1440 AH corresponding to December 11, 2018 the headquarters of the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad and a number of families of the martyrs of the popular mobilization, to greet them and to offer some gifts and roses.

The leader of the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad, Mr. Maitham Al-Zaidi, expressed his happiness with this visit and thanked the Department of Education and Higher Education at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine. He said: "Great thanks and praise extended to the administration of the al-'Ameed educational group schools Group and the Department of Education and Higher Education, and to every teacher in these schools. This initiative gives us hope in the future, as we did wage the fight against ISIL so that these children become the builder of this country. "
