With the participation of more than 150 students from inside and outside Iraq: The Institute of the Holy Quran concludes its second session of the Quranic project for students of religious sciences.

Since its foundation, the Institute of the Holy Quran at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has adopted a number of Quranic projects that target many groups. Among these projects is the Quranic project for more than 150 students of religious sciences, which was adopted by the Institute's branch in Najaf, which closing and graduation ceremony was held in the hall of the Library of Dar Al-'Ilm of Imam Khoei on Saturday December 30, 2018 corresponding to 22nd of Rabi' Thani 1440 AH

The closing ceremony was attended by the Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, and its Secretary-General Eng. Mohammed Al-Ashigar and a number of its officials, representatives of the offices of the great religious authorities and a number of teachers of the Hawza and students of the religious sciences.

After reciting verses from the Holy Quran and reading Surah Al-Fatiha in memory of the martyrs of Iraq, there was a welcoming speech by the director of the Dar Al-Ilm Library of Imam Al-Khoei; Sayed Hussein al-Khersan.

Followed by a speech of the Director of the Institute of the Holy Quran at the al-Abbas' s(p) Holy Shrine; Sheikh Jawad al-Nasrawi, after which the scholar Sheikh Hasan al-Jawahiri presented a guiding word.

After that, a short documentary about the project and its achievement during the past two years was presented. It was followed by a condolence council delivered by the preacher Sheikh Abdullah al-Dujayli to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her). Then appreciation certificates were distributed to the participating students.
