A celebration ceremony held to commemorate the auspicious birth anniversary of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her).

Within the ceremonial program on the birth anniversary of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her), the Department of rituals and Hussayni processions of the Holy Shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother al-Abbas (peace be upon him) organized on Saturday 5th of Jumada I 1440 AH corresponding to January 12, 2019, a central celebration to commemorate her auspicious birth anniversary that coincides with the fifth of the month of Jumada I.

The celebration, which started by the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and the recitation of Surah Al-Fatiha in honor of the souls of the martyrs of Iraq, included the presentation of many poems and religious stanzas of poets and Radoods who chanted poetic verses focused on this occasion and this great personality, whose name is eternal in the history. The poets have also expressed the extent of love and attachment to the Prophet and his family (peace be upon them), urging through their poems that this anniversary becomes an occasion and a platform for solidarity and brotherhood between the followers and lovers of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

It is to note that on the sixth year after the Prophet's migration and on the fifth of Jumada Al-Ula, the house of prophecy has celebrated an auspicious and happy occasion; the blessed birth of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her), who was born in a house served by the righteous angels, and grew up surrounded by the five of As’hab Al-Kisaa; her mother Lady Fatima Az-Zahra (peace be upon her) her grandfather the Master of all and the Holy Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and his holy Household), her father the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) and her two brothers Imam Al-Hassan and Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon both of them).
