Al-Kafeel Academy for Training and Military Rescue presents its most important activities in three years and its future plans.

Al-Kafeel Academy for Training and Military Rescue of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has presented the most important training and rescuing activities and events that it has organized during the three years in a conference held on Thursday 10th of Jumada I 1440 AH, corresponding to January 17, 2019 in the Hall of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him) for conferences and seminars in the holy shrine.

The conference, which started with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, witnessed a great presence of delegations and personalities, including the trainers and trainees. And after the recitation of Surat al-Fatihah in honor of the martyrs of Iraq, and listening to the national anthem as well as the anthem of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, Sayed Adnan al-Musawi from the Department of Religious Affairs has presented the word of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

This was followed by a scientific lecture delivered by Dr. Osama Abd al-Hassan, the medical supervisor at the Academy, in which he gave a detailed explanation of the statistics of accidents in Iraq and statistics of the casualties of the security forces and the popular mobilization, in terms of the location of injury and the diagnosis of the danger of first aid and physical immunity. He also presented the activities of the Academy during the previous three years, which included the training of more than (1000) elements of the Popular Mobilization and the security forces fighters, having the intention during the year (2019) to extend the work to include the training of civilians to help and save lives from accidents and Fires, which could be carried out in various specialized factories as well as universities and civilian workplaces.

The conference was concluded by honoring the distinguished trainees of the courses held by the Academy, as well as honoring the academics with a shield by one of the popular mobilization formations to honor their role.
