A plan and coordination between the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad and Samarra District to revive the Ziyarat of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali al-Hadi (peace be upon him).

During his visit to the province of Salah, the supervisor of the al-Abbas (peace be upon him) Fighting Squad, Mr. Maitham al-Zaidi, met with the leader of the Samarra district, Mr. Mahmoud Khalaf Ahmad, for a joint cooperation and a service and security plan to revive the Ziyarat of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali al-Hadi (peace be upon him) in the month of Rajab.

The supervisor of the squad said in a press statement: "The visit came to coordinate, unify efforts and prepare an integrated plan in this framework, and provide the service effort of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine and the engineering effort of the squad to clean the places that will be dedicated for the parking of the vehicle for the coming to the Ziyarat, in which millions of visitors will take part," expressing the readiness of the squad to perform any security duties for the success of the Ziyarat in coordination with the Samarra Operations Command.

For his part, the leader of the Samarra district, Mr. Mahmoud Khalaf Ahmed, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the al-Abbas's (peace be upon him) Squad and his supervisor for his interest for the city of Samarra. He called on everyone to follow the steps of the al-Abbas's (peace be upon him) Squad in brotherhood and cohesion for the sake of one unified Iraq, working to develop it and thwart all the schemes of division that terrorism wants.
