The Women's Library at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine organizes a forum for the pioneers of culture.

The Women's Library at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has many cultural and intellectual programs, all of which aim at contributing to the increase of women's cultural level and make it more effective in society in accordance with her status. Among these programs is the Friends of the Library program, which included the Forum for the pioneers of culture, held in the central hall of the Center of Siddiqa al-Tahira (peace be upon her) for the women activities of the holy shrine.

The forum was attended by a number of personalities of scientific and societal level who showed their interaction and admiration of its activities, which included an extensive discussion session on the book "Beauty in its material and moral dimensions" by Professor Hassan Al-Jawadi, issued by the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine.

The forum was divided into three main themes (a brief introduction to the book - discussion of the abstract). Also, the youngest winner of the summaries contest, namely, the child Zaid Anwar Hamid, who is ten years old, was invited to discuss his summary, since his victory demonstrated the role of the cooperative family in supporting children to participate in such events.

Then the winner of the best summary by the forum's organizers was honored, as well as a number of employees at the women's library. The special art exhibition was then, displaying the most important manuscripts of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

At the end of the forum, Ms. Asma al-Abbadi, Director of the Women's Library, said: "The Women's Library has always taken care of such cultural activities. The Reading and Reception Support Unit has played a major role in organizing this forum in cooperation with the women's library team who have shown unprecedented cooperation for organizing such successful forum."
